It’s a F21 so I anticipate some mess but this store was really well organized and clean. The second floor has a huge clearance section and even that was well put together. They had a lot of offerings in both standard and plus sizes.
This review is really for Bianca, though! She was the manager on the floor when I went to visit and she was DELIGHTFUL. Bianca was one of the only people working that day that introduced herself to me- out of ALL the stores I visited. She was personable and kind and patient; her attitude turned my day around and I feel it’s worth mentioning as the world could use more Biancas.

I wanted to give a major shout out to Nancy who works here at Forever 21. (I hope that is her name as that's what was printed on the receipt). She was incredibly kind and accommodating and made me feel so welcome. I just hope she knows that she turned what could have been an overwhelmingly negative experience trying to find jeans and almost crying and leaving the store into me finding THREE pairs of fantastically fitting pants. Not to mention the fact that I got some insane deals on said jeans. She was fantastic!

I had a parcel pickup here, the staff was very amicable. They were training a new employee and she did a great job. Not a Forever 21 shopper for the most part, but will definitely come again.

Came in today and was helped by Store Supervisor (I believe his name was Wilson) and also a young lady that helped me locate a purse. I’d didn’t catch her name, but they both were extremely helpful and had really pleasant attitudes! Thanks so much for the help today guys! I drove all the way from Indiana so the effort they both gave meant a lot to me! :)
