Our family has been using Swedish Covenant for almost 10 years. We are currently looking for a new provider as the scheduling system, pay department and overall staff have made it impossible to get any help. The scheduling operators have consistently been rude and unable to get us in to see our PCP, even though the doctor themselves have said they have time to see us. This incompetence has led to the emergency hospitalization of a family member (at a different hospital). It's clear that this hospital cares very little, and refuses to help those in need. Stay away.

Every time we go to pediatrics there are student doctors taking notes. This most recent time the student doctor made the experience uncomfortable. My question is what are they doing with these notes? It is getting annoying every time to give info to a stranger who doesn't even seem friendly.

I went to see Dr. Chioros today and I was greeted by Livan Berrios , he welcome me with open arms which made me smile if that company has two of him they would need no more receptionist’s. I look forward to seeing your welcoming spirit again hasThank you Livan ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
