Just incredible, the Lake Michigan Executive Suite was spacious and had a beautiful view. I stayed here while in town for a concert, and the concierge staff were so instrumental in my friends and I having a great time. We needed a flower delivery on super short notice (like 45 minutes) and sure enough, concierge made it happen and brought them to us in the lobby. Every request no matter how crazy or difficult, they made it happen with a smile. THANK YOU!Noteworthy details: Concierge is excellent – this is the place to stay for the best of the best experiences in Chicago.

Very underwhelming. For $800 for 5 people you get a bunch of pastries (no repeat) that are okay and a glass of champagne plus all you can get hot tea (hopty doo). Food was not not good. Save money and go elsewhere.
