Horrible company to work for with a high school clique mentality and lots of bullying. Most of these 5 star reviews are from staff, leadership, and their girlfriends. Much better MSP options in Chicago that are actually honest.

I will admit I was nervous about switching away from our telephone provider and to the VOIP system Framework was trying to convince me of. Porting phone lines over to another provider, only to find that the service and quality of connection you are receiving does not meet your standards, if a difficult decision to undo. I spent a lot of time researching, testing equipment, understanding the real costs, etc.

I spent a lot of time researching, testing equipment, understanding the real costs, etc. Framework has exceeded my expectations. From the sales person Adam, to Maggie managing the order, to Chris who came to install and support and Mark who has been supporting / customizing, everything has gone as well as can be expected. This is a big change, and changes are inevitable. They have literally worked overtime helping me implement all the features I asked for. I simply would not have had this level of flexibility with a traditional telephone provider. They have worked projects in their labs to help provide me the myriad of requests I had to make sure our phone system acted exactly as we wanted it to. I cannot say enough good things about the whole process. I definitely recommend Framework for all your IT needs, and in particular can provide personal experience with the VOIP product they sold me. Working with Framework was seamless and very helpful. Our IT contact, Mike Kolb, was knowledgeable and very responsive to any questions we sent to him. I myself am not an IT wiz so having him walk me through my issues was so great. After dealing with other companies that fell flat on what the services they offered, it was refreshing to have them not only pick up the other companies slack but exceed our expectations.

Mike Kolb from Framework is irresputably the best IT developer I have worked with. I reached out to Mike with several IT needs and not 100% certain of the direction I needed to be going in. Mike was nothing short of patient and solution-focused throughout the entire process. I never expected the end result he delivered! Unfortunately this was a company referred to us by our primary vendor. We were supposed to be up on Cloud by 2/28/14 - I am writing this on 12/15/14... we are still not on the web. Too many excuses, and a lack of competence to POINT a work station to a DATA exe file from various work stations. The fact that the people told our vendor that we were putting this on hold, while after 3 different people had confirmed that another customer was more important to work on our account. They had confirmed prior to the sale that this was simple and they had foxpro professionals. I had set up a new computer that just pointed to the exe file. After $10K in my IT help still the company has not gotten us on the cloud.
