I tried to pick up my order but the staff was abnormally strict and wouldn’t hand it to me despite having the order number and confirmation email. Never had issues like this picking up from other stores. Won’t be ordering from them again.

Horrible. Employees were rude and unhelpful, and implied that we were stealing- I heard one of them say “where did she put those earrings”- despite the fact the jewelry was laid out on a table. Super rude staff and do not cooperate. One of the lady is nice but the other one is super rude. Bad experience and won’t ever go to this store again!
