I loved going to this Francesca 's since high school. The clothes aren't for me, but I go for the beautiful selection of earrings with great deals. The lady today was so kind and helpful! Appreciated the service.

1 star is a lot of rating for this store, TERRIBLE SERVICE, the girls are not friendly at all, the way they respond is so rude, they don't help you at all, from the way they look at you to how they talk to you, their customer service It leaves a lot to be desired, if you don't speak English it's even worse, curiously the rudest ones are the ones who speak Spanish, it's really the worst service I've ever received, in addition, very poor quality in their products for what they cost, the jewelry I bought was They rusted and others broke after just one use, and then their return policies... the worst, please DO NOT buy from this place!!!!

The staff here is so nice on the weekends! Whenever I go in to retrieve my pick up order, the girls working there are so positive and wonderful! Makes my day!
Edit: this store is going downhill. Possibly has to do with the management. The staff are no longer friendly and the return policy is somewhat hidden. One time I had to go all the way home to get the physical receipt, even though I had the digital receipt on my Francesca’s account, in order to complete a return. Won’t be shopping here again.

Extremely rude, racist and hostile environment. When she heard us speaking another language immediately targeted.Suspicious of people stealing even if money was clearly had. Completely unprofessional and yelled after us when confronted about rude behavior. Shame on the store for hiring such a rude and racist person, Worst experience and will be complaining to corporate office.

Absolutely worst staff i have ever experienced. she was so rude and completely racist. people would never visit this store twice because of the staff. i think the store is losing customers because of the racist sales person. she grabbed something i was gonna buy from my hand and put it back on the shelf.

I would give -10 stars if google gave me an option. The sales person was very rude and disrespectful. She was on her phone and refused to help after asking 4 times. She was racist, denied to hand our shopping bag to us until we left the store.

The lady on the cash Mel was very unprofessional , disrespectful to me. I wasn’t treated well. This store is literally losing customers from this very poor service provided by the staff. Hope the management will see this survey so they can work with their staff better.

the cashier ladies tend to charge extra and say stupid stuff like oh its just math we are dividing two prices which I checked and she was wrong and other time she ringed item twice! such an unprofessional staff 👎🏻

My visits to francesca's have been disappointing due to consistently rude staff. The staff rarely greet customers with a smile or show basic courtesy. I hope the management addresses these issues promptly to create a more welcoming environment.

Store is advertising everything in the store is $35. Grab a coat hanging under the sign and was told it was not $35 but 30% off.
