This location is the best! The staff, especially Rachel, are not just friendly, but incredibly helpful. Rachel has been my fashion guru before two vacations and each time, she’s left me feeling not just inspired, but confident in my choices. She’s introduced me to pieces I would’ve never considered and her generous compliments have made the experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this location. While they may not always have everything in stock, they’re more than happy to check other store’s inventory or order it for you:

I will not order online anymore from them. I ordered so many times and they send me anything but what I ordered. It’s so frustrating that I’m expecting something and I get a completely different item. This has happed 3 times!!!!!

I’ve been going to Free People on Randolph Street in Chicago since it first opened in early 2017, and it has always felt like more than just a retail store. It’s honestly like stepping into a little escape. The perfect treat to break up work meetings or get out of the house and get cute. The space is beautiful and cozy, but it’s the team that makes it magical.
Recently I had a complicated return and purchase situation, and Jordan helped me through every step of it. She was so patient and smart and just got it. She knew the systems so well and communicated everything clearly. I don’t think it would’ve gotten done without her. She stuck with me until everything was resolved and made it all feel easy and calm.
And honestly, it doesn’t end with Jordan. Everyone who works there is amazing. I always joke that they’re like my therapists and besties. We catch up on life, find the cutest outfits together, and they always listen and make me feel like I’m shopping with a group of best friends. Every visit feels personal and special.
This store has been a part of my life for years and I always walk out feeling better than when I walked in. I always recommend this FP West Loop store to anyone who wants a place that feels warm and fun and full of good energy and style.

Staff was very rude and clearly expressed their negative attitudes about searching for a requested shoe size. My 2 friends and I stopped by and we all felt the same negative experience as the sales associates were not welcoming and their facial expressions upon asking questions were unprofessional. It was not a pleasant experience at all. Take notes from Aritizia & their customer service techniques. Will not be back to support this location.

I visit this location frequently and without fail, every time, none of the sales associates offer to help. Today, I heard their whole conversation about their sales goals for the day all without anyone even looking at me. I didn’t buy anything, but I hope they got the pumpkin spice lattes they were talking about ordering!
