Sent in my laptop for repairs and put down $50 as a down payment. Returned a month later with no repairs, that was understandable, but did not receive my $50 back. Was told I would receive it back a week later after speaking to an accountant. Did not receive it. Attempted to speak to employees regarding the refund and was unable to get in contact. Atop of that, store is always closed. Take your money elsewhere, do not recommend.

TechPro+ really came through for me today!!!I had gone to the Gadgets place down the street an hour before to have the screen on my iPhone 11 Pro Max fixed, and they did an okay job, but they charged me $159 for a non-Apple glass replacement, and it wasn’t until I stopped into TechPro+ afterward for a rear camera replacement that i discovered I could’ve gotten an actual Apple-glass replacement for $30 less!!Definitely not going anywhere else next time.Dee was also so helpful and kind! He got my phone in better shape than before I had first bought it. He even gave me a cute little gadget afterward that props my phone up in my car to be used as a GPS system.For all your repair needs, look no further than this shop. You’ll be super happy you did

Replaced my cracked screen but parts of screen Do Not Work . Highly not recommended. I went back to get screen replaced because of that & when i arrive the dude was drunk . Super unprofessional in my opinion. Left it for 2-3 hours while he did “diagnosis” & still wasn’t ready . Save Your money & time !!!

Really great customer service here. I came in with my husband to fix my really damage iPhone 11. The screen was almost popping out and really shattered as well as my battery and my phone was fixed in less then a day. My phone is working great for the damage it took both cameras work everything is working good. The only thing is that it doesn’t recognize Face ID but from how I turned it in it doesn’t bother me at all everything else is fine. Thank you so much will come back!

I went to tech pro no plus on Thursday 12-16-21 and the person on charge was very nice and he was Available to replace the cristal on my iPhone 8In a few hours. I really recommend this place.

Great experience at TechProPlus. Brought in an iPad where the charger had gotten stuck int he charing port. Dee, the owner, was able to extract it without making me pay for a new charging port. Would definitely recommend.

Brought my phone in for a screen replacement due to dropping my phone, got the phone back with new screen everything was fine for over a week or so then my screen stopped working again I brought my phone back to them. When I went back they said I had to leave my phone with them to order a new screen. I agreed and left my phone with them. Was supposed to get my phone back next day when I went back the guy gave me the run around said it would take another day or so to get the screen well long story short. My phone was at the shop for over 3 days and they never fixed the issue they insisted I buy a new phone from them I was furious I paid $100 got ripped off and wasted my time I don't know how they are in business very unprofessional
