I went here with my boyfriend to trade in consoles and games for a new Xbox. I believe the person who helped us was named Marcos and he was so helpful with getting the trade-ins and saved us some extra money with a membership and pre-ordering a game. He was so kind and helpful we’ll definitely be back at this location again!

I frequent this location and have always had a good experience. They usually have what I need (I call ahead). Staff are always more than happy to help and give tips. One of the better locations I’ve been to.

I have to give this location 5 stars because both the management and staff are not only very knowledgeable, but they were willing to help me resolve an issue with corporate GameStop with my trade-in money becoming inaccessible. They were kind, courteous, and very sympathetic/reasonable to my situation. GameStop is suffering as a company in the age of dying physical media, however the retail employee structure is still very strong in its hiring. You'd expect people who work at GameStop to be super burned out but their attitude is overall positive and a lot of it has to do with the fact that they are gaming enthusiasts themselves. This location seriously is excellent and needs recognition for it.

Marco was really helpful in clearing up a mix-up that happened with a duplicate order. He was very prompt! Note that I had customer service call them directly and he had to call me to confirm it was legit, so...way to ruin customer service, GameStop. Big thanks to Marco at this location, though!

We bought games online for a Black Friday deal. They gave the games we purchased away to someone else. No accountability for this and this was apparently in a store full of managers. Nick was extremely unhelpful and I don't recommend anyone coming to this store or purchasing anything online from GameStop!

I bought 3 games as part of a buy 2 get 1 free deal online. I got an email that morning letting me know that my items are ready. I came by later that same day to find out that they gave away one of the games I had already bought to someone else without checking their ID or anything. We had to wait half an hour in the store while they figured out what to do and the best they could offer was a $7 refund?! Telling me that since the game was free as part of the deal this was a good offer?? The average price of the games with the offer was $28 by the way. Absolutely ridiculous. I asked for the manager and was informed all 3 employees working at the store were managers. So 3 managers couldn't figure out how to make sure the right games are given to the right people, to apologize appropriately, and provide a better solution to the issue. Bottom line - don't buy anything at this GameStop!

Had TWO wonderful visits to this GameStop location today. Everyone working was kind and helpful, and answered all of my questions. Thanks to their expertise and guidance, I was able to take home a new PS5 after trading in some old equipment.I was there long enough to see the employees interact with other customers as well, and I was impressed with their positive demeanors and willingness to help EVERYONE who called or came in.I don't go to GameStops very often, but this is now my go-to location. Thanks everyone!
