Just had an awesome experience at GameStop! Needed to make a return, and the staff was super friendly, making the process a breeze. They also helped me find some retro PS3 games I’d been searching for. Their knowledge and willingness to assist really made my day. If you’re looking for a place with excellent service and a great selection of games, definitely check out this store!

I went in to purchase a switch for 162.44 plus a game for 49.63, (which would be 212.07 and plus taxes 233.81) but they charged me for a GameStop pro subscription that the non-binary person told me would be free! I thought they were super nice at first but it turns out they’re just greedy and don’t care about customers. My charge was 253.80 btw when it should have been 233.81.

Lined up at 10:40 am for the prismatic evolutions release and the doors did not even open at 11, 11:30 rolls around and the manager (pink hair,white, glasses) steps out to grab her Dunkin order… talk about unprofessional. She then goes back Into the game stop and doesn’t come back out until 11:50 only to tell all 60 something people lined up that she only had 4 items available. So you mean to tell me you don’t open the store on time even though you’re just chit chatting with your associate doing absolutely nothing in there, you step out and see all these people waiting in the freezing cold and you still make them wait an hour knowing full well you only have four items available. I hope people contact corporate and report her.

Employees are back dooring items - For the new release, they mentioned they only have four items which is hilarious. They can’t come up with a better lie. I’ll be calling corporate

Girl worker did not know what a Nintendo console NES Mini was and was not able to search for it on her system even though It is on their website. She was somewhat helpful in mentioning other establishments who could better fulfill my shopping needs.

I am so thankful I stopped at Gamestop today! I've been to this specific Gamestop only a few times, but have always been treated unbelievably well.
Today I purchased the limited Final Fantasy I-VI collection from Jaden and he was kind enough to price-match with Amazon, bringing down the price a fair bit.
Jaden has always been incredible, he is so passionate about video games and pop culture in general. Seriously, a perfect fit for the role!
The times I have visited, Jaden and I have always discussed the amazing landscape that is gaming from RPGS to story-driven single-player experiences or even hardware.
I hope this review reaches Gamestop management directly! Jaden deserves so much. Thanks again!

Put money down on a game and drove the 30 min to pick it up and they had sold it. Some bs story about it being 48 hours...1 that policy was never expressed and 2 then don't take my deposit. Not only will I not shop at that location again...they suck...but good luck gamestop on your way to obsolete.

Can't say much about the location. It's in a bit of an obscure place, but the selection should be enough for your casual gamer.
