They didn't have much, but they were very friendly. Minus the one person who used to work there. Apparently she forced warranties on people without permission, or when you said no, but she's gone now.

The sign and Google says they close at 8 pm Sunday. Went at 630 and it was locked. Lights were on as well as the "Open" sign.

The girl working there her name was Maria or Maria she was there with us at about 11:30 AM today the 19th of December I have never seen a worker that had no customer service at all I mean she didn't Let me finish my sentences didn't answer any questions completely rude like I wasn't even I had to post because it was tthat she was terrible

I'm pretty sure I’m not the first to say this but Mirella is so unprofessional and rude I don’t know how she still works here after all the reviews here saying the same thing as me she’s rude and ruined this store for me awful customer service.

First off I'm a grown woman and go to this store for my son. I went to GameStop to purchase a PS5 controller used. When I got home the controller didn't work and it smelled like marijuana. I went back to the store & spoke to the same lady from the day before. When I told her I needed to return the controller because it wasn't working & the controller smelled like weed. Her response was "I'm sure when I sold it yesterday it didn't smell like weed". I said "excuse me"! It smelt like weed when I bought it that's why I'm telling you this now. I had three other remotes with me to trade in and I told her these are my remotes and they doesn't smell of weed! She was very rude and disrespectful and they wonder why their stores closing she should be happy she have a job and customers is coming in! She gave me a refund and tried to put it on a gift card. I said I paid in cash why not give it back in he original form of payment. She then gave me the refund in cash. Her customer service was horrible! Her name is Mirella- Name tag said store leader! I never raised my voice or got upset I just said I'm writing this up. AVOID THIS LOCATION!
