Been coming to the Logan Square location for a couple of years. Recently, I've noticed like today with my visit that it's the same designs and clothes look like the previous year. I wanted to walk in and see something new with vibrant colours and new clothing for summer. I also shop the southport location which i gotta say is a better location for me. The customer service here feels like a bookstore instead of retail they lack being kind & helpful. I will hopefully be back soon for fall because summer is not giving anything special at this location very basic. 🫶🏼😩

Terrible customer service. I walked in and no one greeted me and btw it wasn't busy at all. They looked at me okay...umm okay. But when another lady walked in that was white. They greeted her, so I already knew what it was. That made me automatically want to leave because y'all are not about to play in my face. So as I'm leaving I look over to the counter and one of the girls just looked at me and still didn't say nothing absolutely unacceptable customer service. I will not shop there every again.

Some of it's still a little pricey but I have definitely found some very reasonable deals on really high quality clothing. Will always be back!
