Terrible Customer service. Went in for a Small fix. The clerk at the desk treated me like if I was asking for a favor or for a free service. Then I heard them talking in the back, saying that I was crazy in spanish, gladly I do speak it and could defend myself. A terrible experience wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Called a dozen installers in the Chicago land area. These guys were 50%+ cheaper than the rest of them. First class service. Exper techs. The owner was amazing to work with.

Called in this morning to see if they could swap my exhaust tips out and they got me in right away! They made sure everything was level and fit properly as well as keeping me in the loop to make sure it was done to my liking. Friendly staff, good pricing and clean work. Definitely would recommend to anyone needing work in the area! 10/10

I DESPISE car stuff. I Never fully understand what’s going on or why I’m paying so much money. These guys brought me in and showed me exactly what they were doing and how much everything would cost. Walked in and had never been there before and was out within 30 minutes. I saw everything they were doing, and I am extremely pleased with their work and hospitality. I will be recommending all my friends here.

Mr. Garcia and his team did a phenomenal job installing exhaust tips on my Mercedes!! I would recommend this place to anybody that wants to do some work on their car. The prices are extremely fair and the work is excellent!!!

I originally had a verbal agreement with another provider. The “other guys” tried to pull the old bait and switch on me and tried to increase the price on me by over 50%. I quickly left there and went to check out Garcia Mufflers. Garcia ended up doing the same job for 25% less than what the “other guys” had originally quoted me. Fast and friendly service, with great prices. I would definitely come back to Garcia for future needs.

I had a great experience here. Cesar and the team listened, made good recommendations, and seamlessly changed course when it became apparent that another solution might work. Just advise if you have two customers and they arrive at the same time and one is and the other one is a drop off check the walking first so you won't lose customers.
