The services and quality of Garcia Mufflers are second to none.As a first-time customer, I had high expectations based on the reviews and my thorough research and the personnel at Garcia surpassed them. They answered my multiple questions over the phone (in advance) and when my wife arrived for a catalytic converter switch, not only were they expecting her (days later) but also diligently showed her the parts to be switched and answered all the questions she had.From the first phone call to retrieving the vehicle, the experience and services from Garcia Mufflers were beyond excellent. The personnel (from the front counter to the technicians) were corteous and utterly knowledgeable.The facilities were very clean, spacious, and accommodating to customers whether waiting or dropping/picking up.We are very glad to have found Garcia Mufflers, will undoubtedly return.

I could not be happier. I got there about 2:15 to get a price, expecting to be quoted and told to make an appointment for another day. I was greeting in less than a minute. I explained what I needed done. The man (manager/owner) working there told me in a polite way: “I can’t do it now”. I said I understood and he responded: “Please come back in 40 minutes and we’ll take care of it for you”. I was pleasantly surprised. I came back in 40 minutes. They took me right in and did the installation. It was done fast and efficiently. Before they lowered the truck, they invited me to take a look at what they did. It was flawless!So let me summarize: Polite, fast, professional workmanship and a very reasonable price. I also want to say the place is immaculate and the office woman was polite and friendly.In every way—Perfect!!UPDATE 10/19/23I went back to have some more work done. Same exact experience: Got right in, the work was done quickly and the price was so low, I actually thought they made a mistake. If you go there and leave less than 100% happy, I’d be shocked.
