I highly recommend Gateway Auto Service and Collision, Inc. My experiences with them on two cars over a considerable period has been totally positive. They strive and succeed at being an excellent auto service for mechanical, electrical, and body work.

No diagnostics, they just guess and throw parts at your vehicle. If they guess wrong, it’ll be YOUR problem.
Bring your car to a real mechanic that knows what they are doing and will honor their warranty and FIX your car. These guys won’t do either. They should be ashamed, I am for bringing my car there.

Working with Gateway to get damage to my car’s side panel and bumper repaired was the most efficient and pleasant experience - the owner worked with my insurance company to get everything approved, the receptionist was always helpful, the work was done when they said they would and they did a wonderful job cleaning the interior and exterior of the car before I picked it up-what a a great neighborhood business to keep in mind for oil changes and body work

The customer service at Gateway Auto Service is TOP TIER! I have been here for an oil change and once simply because I had so much trouble taking my out of state license plate off. They took care of the license plate for me at no charge and always treat me with such respect and in terms that I actually understand! 10/10 will be returning for all my car issues

Gateway Auto & Collision helped me resolve two separate insurance claims (State Farm Claim for a Rear End Accident, Geico Claim for comprehensive front bumper damage) on my BMW 4 Series. This required extensive work from their Team to communicate with multiple insurance companies all while providing good Customer Service to make sure I didn't have to do any extra work. They were great at listening to what I wanted fixed and when I noticed anything out of the usual after the repairs, they were on top of it to make sure the car was repaired perfectly.On top of this, they did an excellent job mounting and balancing a new set of Tires I ordered directly from Tire Rack. I would highly recommend them for any collision or servicing work on your vehicle.

Careful doing business with this company. Maybe friendly service, but they will overcharge you without any hesitation or effort to resolve. I was charged twice for $1785.95 last year and only resolution from Gateway Auto Service was them saying through zero evidence it wasn't true and no further efforts will be made, sue if you want, otherwise thanks for the extra cash. And ironically, we both bank with the same institution so it's clear as day Gateway is in the wrong. Friend had a similar situation happen to him earlier this year. Visit with caution, review your bank statement is a must.
