This was way harder than it had to be. To say the least….
Purchased a last-minute truss, set up and lighting set up for an addition to a professional show that I am working on.
I work for a nationwide Company, and we are definitely not fly by night. I spoke to the guy on Friday afternoon and told him the items that I needed, he assured that he would be able to take care of us on Saturday.
Saturday came around. I had a contract truck sitting there waiting to pick up the equipment. When the order was sent to me ($8000) I paid with my credit card online.
This is where things got interesting….
I then got a call saying that I needed to send my drivers license Front and back for them to release the order.
After I did that, they said that I needed to send a Zelle transaction Or a PayPal transaction because they would feel more comfortable with that.
They then asked me to sign both of my receipts and send them back electronically. I did this and it ended up still not being good enough.
Explained to them that we are a large business and we just don’t have those options on Saturday afternoon.
They required that we send them an ACH wire. When the ACH wire didn’t go through immediately, they said that they still couldn’t release the equipment even though we sent confirmation.
At the end of the day, thank God, our finance Director was willing to send them a Zelle transaction from her account to get the funds released.
On Monday, I will now need to sift through the five transactions that had to take place in order to get this order released. Pay an additional fee to the semi truck driver for the four hours that it took for him to get loaded…
Icing on the cake is that they discovered that they were short items when loading We had to go to a Friends location in the area and do a second pick up two hours later.
What a mess, this company is not as large as they seem to portray themselves online, and I would caution anyone and doing business with them.
GO SOMEWHERE ELSE THAT WANTS TO MAKE A SALE. THESE GUYS MAKE IT HARD TO DO BUSINESS. BUYER BEWARE

Purchased a Klark Teknik 2A-KT & I really like this device already. Although I plan on doing some mods to it, I wanted to get used to the stock version before doing so and it’s really pretty nice out of the box

Ordered 3 each 20 lb neoprene CO2 bottle covers on a Friday and they were here Monday morning! The package could have come from Nordstrom - individually wrapped with tissue paper in between. The covers are of excellent quality with a full zipper that worked and fit perfectly.
