This guy is a butcher. I asked for removing a stuck pin on my Omega's bracelet, it resulted leaving several deep scratches on the links.Also, the 18k gold Omega logo on the clasp suspiciously disappeared after the service. I questioned him how did that happen. He told me he didn't cause that, it must dropped by itself. But I don't think so, since it's a brand new watch.

Anil resized my Seiko metal band in minutes, very fast and helpful. Tried to resize it myself first , my thumbs are still killing me a day later, should've taken it here to begin with and saved myself the trouble. Thanks Anil!

I will never know if this is a good watch shop or not. I waited with another woman over 20 minutes past the opening time. They never came... Maybe it's closed permanently? Don't make the same mistake. Wait until at least 10:30 and call ahead before you go. The irony of a watch and clock shop not opening on time is just too much for me.
