Tom Roznowski was professional , polite and direct . That is how customer service should be .
I will do a follow up once the job is done to rate the whole company .
So far so good.
I am updating my review , went from 4 stars to 2 , I thought dropping it to only one star will be harsh .
Sometimes customers can be difficult because life is unpredictable , so it is up to the shop to ease those problems and come up with solutions in a timely manner . no communication , no suggestion and no help .
Sorry to say it but I had a bad experience with this company .

Tom and Angie are the best in the business. Extremely professional, excellent customer service, honest, responsive, reasonably priced, and completed massive repairs to front end ahead of schedule. There’s nowhere else I would go and I would recommend them to anybody.

Great service from start to finish. Tom is super friendly and knowledgeable, he kept me updated the whole time my car was in. I honestly don't notice a difference in my car from before the hit. I didn't catch her name but the woman at the front desk is also very nice and welcoming. I'd recommend them to anyone :)

Gerber on NW hwy is the best, if you get into a accident, they will take care of you. They'll make sure your happy, I love the people that work there, having a accident is very stressful, they know that.

Gerber was very nice to work with! I got an online quote for a dent on the door of my Tiguan. When i came for an in person inspection, the price was a tad higher, but Tom assured me that would be the final price due to the nature of the repair. He kept his word and the car looks fantastic. He explained everything clearly after as well (car wash procedures and warranty). Overall, he was great to work with. Another shout out to Angie, who, when she heard my situation, actually seemed concerned and not fake. She even called me at one point to make sure all was good and that i wasn’t worried about something i may have misunderstood. All and all, i was very pleased with the experience, even though i had to deal with a dent in my car. I would gladly recommend them to others!

I took my 2020 Equinox in for damage to the grille and bumper. I am beyond impressed & pleased with the outstanding service and repairs. They did a awesome job. I was keep updated with what was going on. If you ever need work done I suggest you go to them you won't be disappointed.Thanks to everyone in the office and everyone who worked on my vehicle.

Worse location ever avoid at all cost . They tell you what you want to hear to get you to sign with them and then won’t keep you updated and keep your car longer than what you were told .I will never tell anyone to go to gerber or take a car again

Drove into this location, and asked the front desk to get an estimate on fixing my windshield. They said they couldn't give me an estimate until 2 days later. I said "an estimate cannot be given for two days?" She said Yes, would you like to make an appointment? I was like no thanks, I will have it fixed before those two days, and I did. Lost business, I guess they are too busy. If I owned the place, I would be out of my mind. 10 minutes of work and possible customer... gone forever. You never know who you are talking to when a customer comes in.

Going on 35 days with 0 update for our vehicle. Will update as we finish the process.The only communication is between the receptionist and I, who’s says the technician hasn’t put any updates as of today.Our claims adjusters has not been able to reach Gerber Collisions estimator after leaving voicemails and a couple of emails.
