Over 3 weeks for a back windshield replacement. Delayed north of 4 times, likely due to it being an insurance claim (lack of profit = lack of service). I still don’t have my car back and was just advised it hasn’t been touched.

After a rocky start due to continued miscommunications, I was able to receive excellent service here by working directly with Ryan Flynn, the general manager. If you have any troubles along the way I suggest you reach out to him directly. It took about two weeks to complete a door scratch/replacement. Final product is of great quality and craftsmanship.

Everyone at Gerber was extremely helpful and the repairs were made expeditiously and it looks great! We had some issues with our insurance deductible and honestly Gerber helped us more getting that back than our insurance did. Thank you so much to everyone if we ever need body work again we'll be going to you all!

Chris was great! He was super helpful and very nice. Answered all the questions I had and gave me a super reasonable price. My car was done within 4 days and the paint match was spot on! I brought my Jaguar XJ here to review and quote on fixing a damaged rear bumper after a love-tap from an inattentive driver. Gerber gave me an estimate I thought fair and performed excellent work in a timely manner, with first-class service from Benny. If I have more bodywork I need done, Gerber will now be my first choice. Outstanding.
