Four words: chaz is the best! They were super helpful in helping me find what i needed - im not super knowledgeable about protein and supplements in general and tbh was nervous stepping into a shop like this one, but they were so kind, nonjudgmental, and open to sharing their honest opinions on all the products they had in stock. Also helped me price match without me asking. GNC, give this man a raise. 👏🏼👏🏼 thank you chaz!

I have shopped here a few times and Robbie who works here is wonderful! He points me right to what I need and he is so smart! Yesterday I walked in and Robbie showed me the energy drinks and he explained all the different ones. I got this green apple drink that worked wonders! I had an excellent work out and will be back for more! Going out of my way for this location is worth it because Robbie is awesome!

Best GNC in the country. They have the first employee who suggested a non GNC product. The owner seemed to have experiential knowledge of every product. And we’re super helpful with returns.

Hours are wrong. 10am-7pm M-F, 10am-6pm on Saturdays and 11am-6pm on Sundays.

Tonight I was racially profiled by an employee named German. I don’t know if that’s his real name, another employee had to give it to me when I asked for it. I was in the store a total maybe three minutes between my classes at the gym, buying a snack. I was looking at the nutrition labels on the protein bars trying to make a choice that supported my nutrition program. And German came over asking if I knew what I wanted. I said I was ok and did not need help. He quickly then told me that he could not have people standing around the store so if I’m not going to buy something I need to leave. This is the third time I’ve been treated this way by this employee. On another occasion he followed me to the back of the store and accused me of stealing. I left and made my purchase online. Tonight when I got upset and told him not to harass me, he told me not to come back to HIS store ever again. I had the other employee ring up my transaction meanwhile German continued harassing me and saying he has a right to refuse service to anyone.

Great customer service! The associates welcomed me with a smile, asked if i needed help and assisted me perfectly! I will be returning many times!

Just left the store without making a purchase due to a rude and patronizing employee. Apparently my interest in a flavor other than chocolate or vanilla, which I was tired of, bothered him and he got very snarky with me and said "You should stick to chicken." when I asked if there were some smaller sizes of the more unique flavors they sold. I was hoping to not buy a big jar of a new flavor before I knew I liked it, but would have been willing to do so if nothing was available and he'd been helpful and made a recommendation. Instead, he continued to speak over me, tell me all anyone needs is chocolate or vanilla and if I don't like it I should stick to chicken. So I left, and will take my money elsewhere. Half their product is fancy flavored protein. No idea why an employee would actively try to NOT sell their product but he succeeded.
