Let me start by saying that GNC did their thing when they decided to hire David at the Brickyard Square location.
Just into the store, he was very attentive and concerned with assisting me with any questions I needed covered.
Not only does David show care for his clients in store, he made sure I knew what id be getting into with certain products, and offered me better alternatives that would assist me in my goals as well.
David is a down to earth representative of the GNC company. I wouldnt even consider him just a customer service associate, he shows leadership qualities, rational purchase assistance skills and humane transparency.
He is a proper salesman and individual that all companies should strive to have as the face of their brand.

This store is the best! Every time I come in! Mike G knows his stuff! He has the some of the best customer service! Always remembers me when I come! Always offers honest suggestions on products!

Showed up at 7:45 PM today, 10/10 to buy protein powder- they close at 8 PM. Doors were locked, the girl behind the counter looked at me and didn’t open the door. I am upset because it was the only time I was available to stop by this week. She was just being lazy

Stopped in Saturday looking for an electrolyte powder with Zero sugar. Michael G. took the time to show me different options and really explained what the different benefits were to the other added supplements. He also discussed my needs for multi vitamins and we narrowed down the best option for my needs. Michael G. did a great job at explaining everything and answered all my questions and then some.... you can tell he knows his stuff. Will definitely recommend this location to others and be back for my vitamins.

Walked in and 1 customer was being attended to. Another employee sitting back drinking a energy drink instead of greeting me with " Hello how can I help you ?" I have managed several stores in my time & this person was very unprofessional,he was argumentative & arrogant instead of dealing with his individual I took the high road & left. I truly hope that GNC takes this review seriously.

Second time I’ve been here and the doors are locked during business hours. It’s understandable if the store associate needs to step away, but at least leave a sign so paying customers aren’t waiting out front and hoping someone sees to open the doors.

Mike helped me out today he did a great job. He really knows the psychology behind the art of a sale and I could tell that instantly. He’s for sure a good asset to the gnc brand and can obviously do much more than what his position calls for he deserves a promotion!!!

Mike.G has been a great lead to work with at this GNC location from day 1.
Mike's work ethic and customer care speak for themseleves and stand neck and neck.
I make a GNC run every once in a while when i really need to protein load for a few days, and he remembered what i come in for after not being in for maybe a month or so, if that doesn't tell you he cares past his job Then meet him yourself?

I really enjoy shopping at this location at the Brickyard because I always have a pleasant experience shopping as a customer because of Mike G. He's knowledgeable, gives me extensive knowledge of different supplements. He's also a good listener with great people skills--excellent customer service overall. ????

My experience was awesome and very appreciated in many’s was , I felt comfortable and at ease talking about my goals and spending limit was respected by “MIKE G AT THE BRICKYARD LOCATION” he offered many options that I requested information about, certain products and was very knowledgeable and relatable in my category of interest of building my body , wasn’t pushy with selling but made it a point about better products for better results, along with my son being in my company , he respected my choices without judgment and kept the same energy throughout my time there, I recommend going to MIKE G AT BRICKYARD FOR ALL YOUR FITNESS NEEDS! I’ve never left a google review, but the service I received today was beyond outstanding and informative, which brings me here. As soon as I entered I was greeted by Mike G. and asked if there was anything I needed assistance with and I kindly said I was only in the store to purchase Pre-workout and Vitamins. Soon after that he touched base with me on all the deals and so forth. I then asked what his recommendations were for certain proteins and the difference between the ones he chose out for me. When I tell you this man knew exactly the differences between them and what ingredients and nutritional values it was composed of. I was more than amazed and trusting in what he had to say. Nonetheless he made the interaction feel personal, transparent, and unscripted; it was more than just suggestions or the dry pushy quota talk that one is use to when purchasing from any nutritional vitamin stores. Mike was more than welcoming and made it feel like what he spoke wasn’t just jargon but more of personal experience. He seemed more than enthusiastic about his role in the store. This my friends is true customer service. I will definitely be going back there to shop and would recommend this GNC to all my gym peers and those seeking true nutritional help.
