Workers here are super friendly and knowledgeable. I usually see the manager carolton and the cashier Eddie. Today, I saw Eddie and he was super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I ended up getting some women multivitamins super fast and welcomed.

I came in with some questions about a product and the associate Eddie was incredibly knowledgeable and incredibly friendly. This store is lucky to have a employee as well informed and courteous as him. Give that guy a raise.

I came into this gnc location today, and I have never had a better experience. The manager and front desk clerk were extremely helpful. The front clerk had exceptional customer service and was extremely helpful.

Spare of the moment visit to this GNC location after I left the trail for a run. I got tired of waiting for a product I ordered online, so I went ahead and purchased from this local nutrition store. Nothing wrong in having an extra product once it finally arrives via mail, right? I was surprised that there were not any pictures or reviews shared on Yelp prior to me visiting. Never did I imagine that I would even visit this site because I seldom visit the area, but I do drive by it regularly along North Ave headed towards my favorite run trail known as the Des Plaines River Trail. With this location being in a shopping mall, a shopping mall known as Washington Square Mall, there is plenty of parking outside of the sector solely utilized for this location. The shopping mall is the perfect atmosphere that will allow you to get other things done outside of shopping for your nutritional needs. I knew what I wanted beforehand, but to get some assistance from the consultant I mentioned what I was looking for which was anything for recovery & endurance and he assisted me immediately. Colorful was his personality as we talked about supplement effects from products similar to Amino Energy, which is a product that will give you a tingling sensation on your skin prior to working out. I ended up purchasing a 30 serving supply of Creatine Monohydrate, and Xtend The Original BCAA after Carlton, the consultant, gave his approval of both products. Both products will surely coincide well with my training for the Chicago Marathon and as an endurance athlete in general. I would surely return to this GNC location now that I visited. And thanks to Carlton who's welcoming interaction made for a pleasant experience entirely. ~Blessings~ Thomas G

This is my regular storeroutine bcuz of my health. I've never had an complaints with anyone @ any GNC stores I frequent. Their services r impeccable, everything is always in order & available when needed & the places r always immaculent. The ppl behind the counters r always polite & assist u in the best way possible & 2 the best of their knowledge. I'm a herbalist & I follow natural herbal remedies 4 making myself strong & heal better & a little faster bcuz I had stage 4 squarmacell carcinoma cancer, went thru radiation & chemo therapy & now on August 5th will b 6yrs remission. This is y I use GNC products & have done my research on them. I will continue 2 shop with them as long as I'm alive. Thank u, stay safe & have a beautiful & positive day. ???✌?
