For me this cleaners deserves no stars, but two thumbs DOWN!! Took a brand new dress there for alterations and wow was it altered. A open front dress that closed with an attached belt, should have been taken up a little on the shoulders and on the bottom to fit my waist and hips better ok. I had to STRUGGLE and have someone to help get the dress on because the seam on shoulders was taken up so much, it altered the arm hole, bust and waist line. Once on, the flimsy hook at bust line, didn’t work so I had to find a safety pin, in St Lucia. Once home, the seamstress told me she would fix and maybe owner would give me some money back, good. But the young woman handling the cleaners had other plans. First off she was very rude and nice nasty with me. I tried the dress on in front on her so she could see the problems. BUT, she had already torn the label out with brand name and size on it, TOLD me how much the dress cost, between $$ and $$ , so just bring in, no email receipt! So you checked the price of the dress?” Yes just get receipt “. No mention of alteration change of $75!
So hard to stay calm as she gave, no put email address on the counter and the real slap in the face, she balled dress up and threw in a chair and smug look. That dress was still my property, but to cover up their error, this was how you handled it. Best thing for me to do, was to leave because the rage inside was about to blow. I dropped my 800$ Canada goose jacket off to them and when I got back my hood was not able to be reattached and she was trying to charge me extra to fix something she broke. She tried to say my coat was already broken. Worst experience ever

If there was a zero star option I would have selected it. We rarely use dry cleaning services but entrusted this business with a dance costume for my daughter as a special item. We were not going to have it fully cleaned but the owner recommended that it be cleaned and not just pressed. This business and their offsite cleaning factory ruined her outfit a few days before a performance. The owner was Indifferent and blamed the material for getting damaged. She would not give me the name of the cleaning factory and offered meager compensation. It's a shame as we have used them when we have needed a tailor over the years. We will no longer go here and if asked will tell people to avoid this place.

Dropped off 12 rugs,charged for 13.Got 11 back. This was InOctober. Still getting the run around from the owner. If I don't get refunded by Wedesday, I'll be going to small claims court.

WORST EXPERIENCE WITH A BUSINESS EVERGave my coat to them on a Tuesday and was told it would be cleaned by Thursday evening so I could use it that Friday. When I came on that Friday morning they didn't even know what coat I was talking about even though I had a receipt. Took them 5 minutes to find their copy of the interaction and told me to call back the next day to get it. Called the next day and they said it had been sent out to be cleaned (something they did not inform me about any of the times I was there) and to call back on Monday. Called on Monday and the coat had been sent to a different location. Finally, on Wednesday got it back but at no time did they fully explain what happened or apologize or even contact me to let me know anything. Please do NOT go to them!!

my first ever visit in which i trusted this cleaner despite the reviews but they provo's lot of bad reviews right. i brought in two garments on the 22nd of november in 2021. it was a plaid pea coat trimmed with leather and a chanel pleaded skirt $30. i returned on the 9th of dec. i failed to check my items over for there was a taxi waiting. when i got to the crib i looked over and the leather patches were both unattached to my coat on both shoulder's area and the skirt wasn't pleaded anymore. i was heated and called six minutes before closing. i explained the situation and the nice lady told me to call/come the next day. i called the next day 30 minutes after opening and explained again to another young lady "Jasmine ". Jasmine was nice and sympathetic. she let me know the owner name " miss chow" and that she will be in the next day which was saturday. i called before noon and spoke to miss chow and she wanted to see it. upon arrival i stated that all i wanted was my patches back on the coat. she said no, i said then i wanted my money back and she said no to that too. she said she was sorry and some other stuff in which i couldn't understand and didn't care to all i wanted was the leather patches back. still no satisfaction. i am disabled and don't need more stress! i kindly said "im sorry too", took my coat off the counter a walked out. lesson learn is all that i can chop it up to. i will never return to this place and do not recommend. check reviews and go with your fit feeling. GOLDEN TOUCH CLEANERS SUCK !!!!!
