We visited from out of town. This isn't the very best antique store we've seen, but it had a lot of variety in a really neat building.

A wonderful store full of treasures -- well maintained and well chosen. Helpful staff. A great place to find that perfect feather for your nest!

Very helpful staff, beautiful, well-curated antiques -- I couldn't be happier with the antique windows they helped me select and with the experience in general. Highly recommend

Today was my first day ever visiting this store and it was a huge waste of time. When I arrived at 12:10pm today the store was still closed and had a sign saying they'll return at 3pm and I waited until 3pm and when the guy came back he was very drugged out on something and he only gave me a couple minutes to look at some of the overpriced items. almost everything was either half or a full grand for something as small as a radio. And after I got to look around for a couple minutes he put up another sign saying he was closing early at 3pm with the other sign still up. So basically he had everyone wait all day for him to finish his drugs and closed his shop early to get more. This guy is scamming you all and using that extra money for his addictions. If you value your time and money don't shop here.

Overpriced. Guy running the shop is happy to selling you antiques upwards to twice the price. The comics for sell going to $10 are worth $3 and comics priced $25 are worth maybe $6.

I didn't have a good experience here. For one, they weren't open at their scheduled time on Saturday (11 a.m.). They didn't open until 12 noon. For an out-of-towner trying to make the most out of limited time in Chicago, this was frustrating, as there is not much else around there within walking distance. After managing to kill an hour and returning, the fellow manning the shop was not welcoming or friendly. Selection was OK: there are some nice stained glass windows and small furniture pieces that are reasonably priced. There is a LOT of sports memorabilia that did not interest me. I found one small piece I was interested in and made an offer, and quickly realized the guy was not interested in negotiating. Stark contrast to The Lazy Dog antique store down the street, where friendly owner immediately took almost 50% off, which is usually about how it goes in these shops, unless they mark you as not knowing what you're doing. Waste of time.

Very good old things. Prepare to be transported into a time capsule with much variety. From grandma's jewelry box to black and white photos of an unknown family to old advertisements, you're bound to find something for you. 5 stars, would give 6 if possible. very friendly employees.

Such a cool spot! They had so many photographs of musicians and well as Chicago sports moments. Besides photos there were also so many cool signs, glassware and radios. All very reasonably priced too!
