What had started as not the most ideal situation turned into a great experience. Kyle was amazing; he was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. He explained everything clearly and walked through all of the options that were available to fix my issue. I ended up getting a tire to replace mine that fit exactly what I needed and for a very reasonable price. I will definitely be going back to him anytime I have any tire needs, even though it's a 20+ minute ride to get there. I'm really impressed and so pleased with the outcome. Thank you Kyle!!
Also, the coffee in the waiting area was delicious!

This place was trying to charge me 24 dollars just to put air in 1 tire. This is ridiculous. They don’t want to help out customers. 24 dollars just go out air in my tire.

My wife's car had a tire go flat due to sidewall puncture. This particular car does not come with a spare tire. And due to the sidewall damage repair was not a thing. This happened at the Midway airport. Took the tire off, brought it to this Goodyear. As we were wheeling it in, one of the mechanics saw us and opened the door immediately to the garage grabbed it and told us to go to the front desk. Paid for a new tire and we were walking away with our new tire on the rim in less than 10 minutes. This was the most fantastic service I can honestly say we have seen. We were in a rush and our time there was less than 10 minutes with a brand new tire on our rim balanced and ready to go. Thank you guys so much!

This place has always done great work for me, I get my tires from them and have all engine work done by them, had an issue with a fuel pump going bad and they replaced it free as I was under the warranty. The guys working are also friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Definitely recommend.

First off the place took 45 to 50 minutes Uber inspection that can be done in 15 to 20 minutes like I do all the time at Jiffy Lube second of all the person that did my inspection forgot to put my lights back on auto so I was driving around with my lights off cuz he put them on the off position where I left them on auto and you can't tell on the inside of the car and I got pulled over.
