I walked in at 9:32 to get an oil change I signed in and sat down at 12:15 they still wasn’t done I think it’s absolutely ridiculous to wait this long for something so simple and I think they should tell you they slow and incompetent

I've taken my Land Rover to Goodyear Car Care a number of times. They're professional and competent, which is why I return to them. I appreciate that they communicate with me throughout the repair so that I'm not surprised in the end. They do quality work.

Poor service. The first time I came they ordered the wrong tires. They compensated with two free oil changes. When I went back I had to wait one hour and 45 minutes for my oil change. They aren't very professional. If you ask me they need better management

Just called to ask what point inspection they offer and Marquis stated he didn’t know. I asked him how much the price was and he stated $300. Then I asked if he would ask what point inspection that was to which he answered there was no way for him to know. I asked if there was a manager or coworker he could ask and he said he was the only one working. So I asked what time the manager was in which he stated 1:00pm. Instead of him being knowledgeable and expressing all this information to me it was as if I had to ask and ask to pry out information. My only guess is burnt out workers. Won’t bother taking my vehicle where they sound like they’re going to barely even do the work.

Wonderful service! When I suddenly had an issue with my car, they were willing to take a look and help me immediately. Jimmy was very friendly and explained everything to me clearly. The turn around time was excellent. While I don't enjoy having car trouble, I was super grateful for these folks!

Going to BBB, all the News outlets and social media since this place don’t care and ripping off the people in the neighborhoods.
I believe they are using either cheap or used parts and then they lie about the service required. I have all records because they need to be out of business. Misdiagnosed vehicles and then not trying to accommodate anyone. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS AND TAKE YOUR SERVICE ELSEWHERE.
