I’ve followed this brand on social media for a while but despite living down the street, never stopped to shop.
On a beautiful summer day, I decided to make a morning of it, grab a coffee and check it out.
The store is bright and minimalistic which allows for a slow browsing experience. The sales staff was friendly but was happy to let me browse at my own speed. Once I had gathered my bearings, they were patient, helpful and knowledgeable. I decided on 2 simple gold bands that were texturally different but complimented each other perfectly.
I wish I had the name of the young woman who helped me because she was perfection in her presence and technique and I appreciated it. Because of her, I will wear my beautiful rings with pride and return for future jewelry purchases.

I had a great experience shopping at Gorjana for the first time. Megan helped me out and she was a delight to work with. Had my friends and I not been hungry, we would have spent even more time in the store! I appreciated Megan's patience with me, not pressuring me, but answering all my questions, and letting me look around as much as I needed. I would highly recommend checking out this store.

Brought an item in that broke only two weeks after purchasing, and despite five employees working behind the counter, nobody could come up with a timely solution. While the space might be pretty, the customer service at this location left much to be desired. Ended up going to a neighborhood jewelry store to have the faulty item repaired at our own cost. Disappointed at best.

Super disappointed, not only did I pay $80 for my first bracelet, but I went back to the store to explain how saddened I was when my bracelet/the clasp broke, so yet again, I paid full price for another bracelet & the clasp broke AGAIN ?? I’m so upset because I really did love the bracelet ugh.

I have ordered a few pieces of jewelry from Gorjana's website so I was very excited to see a store opening up in the Lincoln Park! I've visited 3-4 times now and mostly have had good experiences. The staff is generally friendly but I've also met some staff members that are dismissive. Last time I visited I bought a gemstone bracelet. When I unpackaged it at home, to my disappointment, the staff gave me the wrong color. Everything on display is available to try on. If you would like to purchase something, you have to ask a staff member to get the item for you. Overall, I like this concept but they don't show you what they retrieve before packing it up which could easily prevent this issue in the future.

So rude. My mom and I went and they couldn't even be bothered to say "hi" or "welcome in." They closed in 40 mins, not like we walked in at 5:55. Also, one girl was helping a customer and had my mom move out of the way to show the customer another option, like hello?? Unacceptable. We were potential customers who would've spent money had they been more welcoming! What a shame.

The Chicago team and their customer service is remarkable. I’m so appreciative of the help they provided me with some of my older Gorjana jewelry, as well as new pieces they helped me pick out for the summer. The ladies were beyond friendly, didn’t mind me trying on a ton of necklaces until I found the right ones, and made me feel so welcome in the store. I can’t say enough about this team and this store, and I look forward to going back and shopping in the very near future!

So glad I was able to visit a store in person. I love gorjana jewelry. The shop is so cute and bright, and the staff was very friendly. Street parking only, but such a cute neighborhood to walk through.
