I would like to file a complaint against a staff member named Guillaume at Graff in Chicago, who is French. He incorrectly sized my ring. I specified size 48, and despite confirming this with him multiple times, I received a size 46. This seems quite careless. Moreover, his remark that if one partner were to have an accident, it would be possible to return the item within a year, is quite inappropriate for newlyweds. Following a series of coincidences, we even suspect that it might have been intentional. In summary, we are disappointed with his service.

You have to go. You HAVE TO go to jewelry HEAVEN! The Graff townhouse in Chicago, is my version of a Barbie dream house. It is a classic, beautiful space where the staff is warm and friendly. The entire store resembles a classic, elegant home instead of a cold, fake marbled Millennial “styled” space. It almost feels like a well crafted jewelry Museum. The staff are truly amazing people. They are very accommodating, and they take the time to care about their customers needs. I felt super safe while I was there, they have two guards who look after everything, and I think they even have a store Marshal there! (Like an Air Marshal.). So if you have a cardiac arrest while looking at a new diamond ring, there is always someone there to take care of you. Most of the jewelry that Graff makes, takes time to be realized and handcrafted. So if you NEED a special order, be prepared to wait for your creation to be created because everything is made by hand here. Even the Eau De Parfume is made by hand. There are a few ready to wear items, but for the most part, many the items that they carry must be made for you. Speaking of that, Graff makes one-of-a-kind pieces. They do NOT follow trends. No. They create the trends. If you want something trendy, go to H&M. If you need something for an individual, you go to Graff. Minor note for guys: If you want to propose, do it in front of the store, after hours. It’s super instagramable. Also, talk to Eve for advice. She is the sweetest person ever! Yes the price points are somewhat extravagant for a reason. The jewelry is made to LAST, and is heirloom quality. You will only find Graff on consignment if someone dies alone and whom does not have heirs, or if there is a fire sale and someone needs money now. You are NOT going to find Graff jewelry second hand. I HIGHLY recommend Graff for any occasion that calls for an outstanding person or event.

This store didn't honor a $50,000 gift certificate that I won at a charity poker tournament. To add insult to injury they issued me a W-9. I had to pay taxes on a gift certificate they didn't event honor!!! And they took the tax deduction. Shameful business practices at this store.

I purchased my engagement ring from Graff and had a fantastic experience. Customer service is the company's policy. As someone who aggressively shopped every single brand name diamond company as well as some mom & pops stores, Graff won over my heart and it sealed the deal when we were able to discuss the right price. Would certainly recommend this store to anyone if it is the type of product they are looking for.

A good boutique but not for me. I was looking for wedding bands of plain ring or with few diamonds but Graff made the rings full of diamonds, which I think may be good for engagement rings. The boutique was still very good and seems they had a lot of choices on diamond rings and the sales lady was friendly.

Amazing!!! My boyfriend got me a pair of earings here for my birthday and they look amazing! He said it was one of the best shopping experiences he's had, the staff was very helpful friendly and the price wasn't as high as you'd think! He worked with Gabriella.

Fairly intimidating if not your usual stomping ground, the stafff is nevertheless friendly and accomodating. Never any pressure, they're just as willing to chat and offer you a drink as let you try on the great emerald cufflinks I've had my eyes on for the longest time. They also have no qualms about product transfers from, say, London to Chicago, should that city have something this store doesn't; worse to worse, they might even be willing to accept a custom commission, if the money is right (doesn't have to be upper bracket, but don't expect a custom sterling silver keychain with your initials engraved on the front). Of course, if you want them to source those perfect matching 3-carat intense yellow Asscher-cuts for a set of earrings you want to buy yourself for Christmas, they'll jump right on it. Ah, the power and the glory.
