I'm a small dollar customer: safety glasses, a grinding disc, some reflective stickers and the like. My average bill there is less than $20. Still, the crew there is nothing but stand up and professional and much appreciated.

horrible customer service, the people who work there do not know anything in the store, order a piece online and they gave me the wrong one, the person who was helping me (Sean Janczak) has no idea of anything, he returned to me order the piece and come back later and surprise they gave me exactly the same piece and it gets worse, they charged me both parts and I don't have the part I need, I call customer service and they tell me they will return it to me in 10 business days, so I don't have the part I need to work and I don't have my money for almost 15 days, more or less, here the thing gets interesting, order the same piece through EBAY, order it on Friday and I receive the next Monday, now the part came out at $ 20.00 plus taxes, with Grainger I got double $ 36.20 plus taxes, so I recommend you not buy with them, this is my personal experience, hopefully someone from the store see this and contact me, so he sees to the Proofs that I have, Wait I can add images, that so great here are come!!!

I ordered a cable for a drain machine, The first time the individual that order it and set up my account did not even see my information. The second time I ordered the cable was the incorrect cable, and the third time it was the wrong cable again, this is probably the worst place in the city to order things because they will not get your order right
