Terrible experience with staff. I had called before arriving making sure they could take me because the online check in would not allow me to sign in. I told her that I will be arriving in the next 10-15 min which she said was okay. I had paid for an uber to make sure I got there in time only to be turned away. Insisting I did not talk to any of the staff present and all the staff denies talking to me. Even though I confirmed with them the number I called and showed the time and duration of the call. Yet still insisted that I could not be helped. I would have preferred that they not give me false information on the phone as I spent money to get there in time and then lied to my face when they couldve just taken responsibility for the misinformation and apologized. Will not be returning to this service again.

The barber (female) ,the shop was clean , and the proximity to home was fantastic. Thank you Great Clips for a place I can return to with confidence.

The only positive was that even though the online check-in showed a 40-minute wait, they took me in right away. I shared a photo of the style I wanted, but the stylist immediately started with the trimmer and finished in less than 10 minutes. I didn’t get a chance to give feedback or suggest adjustments. After the cut, she told me my hair is different and that’s why it didn’t look the same but that should have been discussed before starting. Overall, it was not worth the money we pay here.

BIG MISTAKE. I trusted Great Clips, but not anymore. The people here did a terrible job with both my hair and my partner’s. We showed them pictures, and they went ahead and did the exact opposite. I lost my very long hair, and the result was so awful I even cried afterward. I live near Oak Lawn and usually go to Great Clips in my neighborhood. I came to my friend’s place for Labor Day weekend and decided to try this location. Not recommended!

Highly recommend for Worst haircut. My partner had even worst one she grown her haircut for long time to get good feather cut but they gave her worst choppy haircut

While I was on my way, I checked in through the mobile app, which showed that the store closes at 5 PM. I traveled for 45 minutes and arrived at 4:30 PM, only to find the doors already locked and no staff in sight. I tried calling, but no one answered. This was very disappointing and inconvenient.

Unprofessional stylist! I suggest never go to this particular location. They just scrape you off like a goat and push you out of the salon in 5 minutes.
Also A Bloody attitude over this crap aswell!

Now living in the city, looking for a place to get a good hair cut, not easy. I passed by this place on my Doctors appointments. Thought I'd give them a try. WOW!!!! This place was amazing. Friendly staff. Amazing job, you know when you got a great hair cut, you feel so free and Amazing. I'm definitely coming back. Thank you so much for an amazing hair cut!

The silver haired old Hispanic lady doesn't deserve to work for great clips, extremely unprofessional, rude, didn't listen to any of my instructions and gave me a bunch of cuts on my neck. Shame on Great clips has hired someone like this lady.

Worst haircut that I ever had. Old lady with white hair. She don’t even listen what I say. She cut hair according to herself. Too rude. I’ve been going to all the great clips in all the states but never experienced anything like this. Please try to avoid this store especially the old lady with white hair.

Never get your cut from the Silver haired lady, she messed up hair and left some parts messy, I asked for squared at back, she rounded it. And she CUT me on side as well. Left a mark/ Scar on my face. Worst experience ever.
