Overcharged, double-charged on final bill. Have been on hold over 4 hours trying to get this resolved.

Horrible experience with trying to make a change with my reservation. Two days of efforts with more than three hours of time and still no success.

Great Wolf Lodge took my money for reservations made accidentally by Great Wolfe due to the Great Wolf website circling and malfunctioning . I cannot get any response and have reported them to the better business bureau. I received a refund then more money was deducted from my account without authorization.
