My very first order the lady left my food by the vending machine by the front office of my very large apartment complex when I put in the delivery notes to meet me by the soda machine by the back pool!! Yes, i stay in the very back of the complex and the complex is very large. By the time I could make out by the picture that she took of my items where she left them where exactly it was and walked all of the way up there, Somebody had already stolen them.Totally frustrating bc I put those instructions for her so that she would not have to look for my apartment, I don't get how ppl are in such a hurry that they can't fallow the simplest directions. ( Grubhub did Refund me my money and give me a $15 credit towards my next order....which got to me, but even though I had "priority delivery" the driver that got my order decided to make a couple runs before me and so I didn't get my priority delivery food until 1 hrs and 30 mins later!! The craziest part of it is that they had me able to watch the driver the whole time he made the other runs,..and I went on the chat with Grubhub and they didn't care...he was still had 10 mins to get me my order, and wasn't even heading towards the restaurant!!! They said if he is late they will give me a whopping $5 credit, Whoopdy do, IM HUNGRY!!

I ordered $50 worth of food from Canes and recieved two orders of fries and one chicken tender. Grubhub refused to refund me because they refunded me once before when almost my whole order was missing. They have messed up almost every order but I’ve only complained about the 2 because almost the whole order was missing. I guess their policy is one refund and you have to eat the rest. I deleted my account and will never use them again! Piss poor customer service ! Everyone makes mistakes but you can’t tell me that driver thinks $50 worth of food would fit in a tiny bag like they brought !

I had a delivery March 29th. I watched the delivery guy go through 2 other towns to get back to my town. Needless to say my pizza was lukewarm. I have called and emailed to no satisfaction. The people I spoke to spoke so fast they could not be understood. If you’re not happy you have no recourse. The customer service was as terrible as the delivery. The restaurant is a good restaurant my complaint is with Grubhub the corporation.

After getting a $500 gift card, I downloaded the app and loaded it onto my account. I accidentally paid with my PayPal account instead of the gift card. Grubhub was unable to reverse the charge and charge the gift card balance instead.You can’t contact customer service via the app. Absolutely terrible. Will never use Grubhub again when the gift card balanced is finished.

If I can rate it zero , I will !! I am a restaurant owner, i think Grubhub has the worst refund policy and management in the world, they always refund the money back to the customers when they call for refund for any reason , And don’t even let the restaurant owner know( Other app ,like DoorDash , if they need to do the refund , they will send the email about the refund details to the restaurant ) , I started using the Grubhub from 2019 for about a year, And I stopped using it because the bad refund policy, And then the Grubhub manager keep calling me said they had changed the refund policy, So , I believe them and used it again, but after almost a year, I checked the statements , the refund a lot of money from my account ( more than 60% of the statement sometimes, and I don’t even know!!! ) I am so sad , 60% !!! it means we are working so hard for nothing, Even lost money! If we took more orders from Grubhub and I lost more money ,Have to stop the Grubhub app right away, And I will not use the Grubhub app anymore foreverrrrrrrr! If you are a restaurant owner, Keep checking your Grubhub statements…..

This company is horrible. It seems they don't care who they hire. The drivers never deliver to the right address but they feel they deserve a tip. I tip after I receive my order. Now if they don't see a tip they don't have to deliver your food. It's been several occasions where I tipped but didn't receive my food because they delivered to the wrong address. Today I had a driver tell me to meet him half way. I'm over it. It's pure laziness but somehow they feel they deserve a tip.

Scam tactics or just poor oversight. Auto signed me up for grubhub premium using my credit card I used a year ago for food orders only. Charged me for a year without me noticing and refused to refund me even though no services rendered.

This is the third and final time I've attempted to order from Grubhub. Simply put, they are incompetent. Either their payment system doesn't work or in the most recent case they just dropped the order off at the erong house and then just canceled the order after we waited an hour for our food. There is no number to call and our time is worthless to them. I recommend avoiding Grubhub at all costs and suggest Ubet or Doordash instead.

I've never had worse customer service. DO NOT USE!!I ordered food from Mandarin Grill in Tucson, which is a great restaurant. The driver for Grubhub delivered the wrong order and I was unable to contact the driver. Did a chat with Grubhub to see if they would send another driver to pick up our food, which was still sitting at the restaurant. All I got was "the ordered was closed and they could not send another driver according to policy." I got the refund for the food, but they sure kept their unearned fees. Ultimately, I had to go get the food I had ordered for delivery. I will never use Grubhub again. Not that a company like them really care about their clients complaints.

My experience at GrubHub deliver driver wasn't courteous, I'm not trying to make any excuses for the driver but maybe had a long day are just mean person. But hope they get better at doing there job...
