High quality merchandise. Very knowledgeable staff. I purchased a pair of loafers from Neiman Marcus many years ago, and unlike Prada, Gucci is willing to take the shoes back for repair for a nominal fee. Which is surprising considering I never bought the shoes from the boutique. I have purchased other items, just not shoes so that is very heartwarming to know this company stands behind all their products.

Stop in to ask about getting my watch repaired and was told I needed to go online and send it in. I tried with no luck. Was in Vegas at Belligo Gucci store and the kind salesperson told me it must be done at the store and the salesperson probably just didn’t want to help you. Will try again the next time I am in Chicago.

I found the bag was lost a crystal when I came back home, and I call Gucci customer service, they ask me to send it back and replace a new one. The whole process takes time, but it worthy

The sales associates are so incredibly rude! We planned on getting some items but didn’t even want to give them the commission after how they treated us. Left and ordered everything online.

Went in to buy a new button, as I lost the extra one that came with the shirt. As I greeted the associate, I explained to her my delima. She then asked me for my ID. I was confused and asked her what does who I am have to do with buying a button? Feeling profiled, I told her not to worry about it and made my mind up then that I'll stick with Purple Lable.

The service here is great. Staff is always friendly and attentive. I bought some Gucci shoes from here and they are great! They are a little uncomfortable at times but that’s usually with a lot of designer brands. The material is good and easy to clean. The store has a lot of options you can chose from with their 2 floors of inventory.
