I stayed in the hotel for 2 nights. Rooms are spacious and clean. Views are very pretty, especially at night. It’s quiet and nice in the hotel, location is good too, area seems to be calm and nice, there is subway station near by and Whole Foods 5-10 minutes away walking. Nice breakfast with nice food assortment (oat meal, yogurt, fruit, bagels, muffins, eggs, sausages and etc). I wasn’t driving, so Im not aware of parking situation, I know they have parking on site, but not sure if you need to pay extra. There is door dash discount and fun self beer bar. There is pool as well, very clean and not crowded (at least when I was there. It was New Years). The only things that were not great are no conditioner in the bottle (I think it’s an easy fix, but I didn’t want to bother), and mattresses were not great. I had a little back discomfort in the morning. Maybe it was just too soft and it would be fine for some people.Overall Im happy with the stay and can recommend it!The reception on a second or third floor, so after you enter the hotel, you need to take an elevator. That was interesting, I never seen it before, but still pretty easy access.Oh forgot to mention, I’m a female solo traveler and I had no issues and felt very safe.Safety: As a female solo traveler I felt very safe in the hotel.

Rooms are nice my window on the 16th floor actually opened! Parking was adequate,This hotel shares lobby space with another Hilton brand but breakfast areas are separate leading to some confusion as to where to eat. Otherwise it's okay.

My mom and I stayed here in November. We had to extend our stay by a few days, however, there were multiple miscommunications with the hotel staff. Staff at the front desk had to be called multiple times to explain that we had extended our stay through the website. We had cleaning staff hounding us one morning by incessant knocking and being extremely rude asking us to move out even though we had extended our stay by 3 days. The hotel lobby is not located on the ground floor and there were no luggage carts on the ground level. It was extremely difficult to get our things up first to the lobby and then our room a few more floors up. The only reason we extended our stay was because the location was close to my office. Overall, a horrible experience. I will not be recommending this location to anyone coming to Chicago.

Had a great New Years Eve here, thank you to Genesis at the front desk. She is very warm, kind, and attentive. Our toilet clogged after using it… I got the courage to ask for a plunger and she insisted the maintenance man handle it for us. But I said ok as long as he’s not attractive, of course he was. She gave us genius advice, stay down here in the lobby while he takes care of it and we absolutely did. It only took a couple of minutes to unclog. Thank you again Genesis I’m too fragile of an introvert to have handled that encounter.Rooms: Rooms we booked had 3 windows with beautiful downtown views. They were very clean, and newly renovated it.

A decent hotel for the price. Nothing to write home about, but close to Union Station, clean, and good free breakfast.

In October, I had to stay in Chicago (first time ever visiting) for about a month for work training. All the staff were great, but I wanted to give a special shout out to Dalisa! She was so friendly, helpful, and just really enjoyable to talk to! She made my month long stay living in a hotel away from friends and family much more bearable because of her friendliness!

I love the hotel. I have stayed here several times but it’s awesome except HOUSEKEEPING. They come to my room for cleaning at 8:30AM every time I stay here even though the check out time is 12pm. Last time I left my stuff in my room and came back around 10am, they picked up or threw away my stuff! (Also they tried to keep some of my stuff in their bags and they didn’t give them back to me until I mentioned. Terrible!) I recommend the people who will stay here to keep their stuff instead of leaving them in the room!

Delisa made our stay exceptional. The room was clean and cozy, we enjoyed everything about the hotel. We will definitely be back to Chicago after this visit.

Cons: No hot water and super low water pressure in shower (trickle). I called the front desk and let them know… they said they would send someone up. I waited an hour +, went downstairs and they said they knew nothing about it. How does that happen? I ultimately had to leave without showering to catch a meeting on the north end.Room 1004 - 11/28 - 11/29/23Pros: Cool place with a decent lobby area. Rooms are clean and well appointed save the shower not working.

Close to Union Station and Fulton Market. Has a self serve beer dispensary called Fulton Tap. Rooms are on the larger side. Breakfast is your standard Hampton Inn Breakfast.

Embarrassing if I get her name wrong, but Tori at the front desk was super kind and helpful even when we showed up early to check in. Our comfy room had a gorgeous view and the breakfast was delicious.

Will never return nor recommend. Made my reservation through the hotel website, went to check in only to find my reservation had been cancelled. Staff stated repeatedly that I called and cancelled, which was untrue. All while we’re trying to figure out what happened, they keep pushing my boyfriend and I aside to help other people and answer the phone instead of talking out what actually happened to the reservation and answering my questions and help us. I called corporate only for them to tell me the system shows the hotel itself cancelled it and the hotel can see that on their end. Not only was the staff rude, inconsiderate, and unhelpful, they lied several times to my face instead of admitting to their mistake and helping make it better. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable for staff working in a customer service role.
