The manager was so rude and every time a question was asked he would answer with an attitude as if his job was to not help the customer. As we were walking out and asked another question he just acted as he was being bothered. The manager really needs to understand that helping the customers without is part of his job, then he wonders or anyone other employee why customers get rude with them.

Great place for tools if you a DIY and not looking for super expensive stuff like SnapOn, I’ve been having Pittsburgh tools for last 3 decades and the only one that broke was a breaker-bar and they give me a new one!!

Clean and well organized store at the Fullerton and Narragansett location. Great customer service from Violet one of the store associates was very nice and patient she was able to helps look for a car garage tent that we needed so badly and was very kind to bring it out from the back and even assisted us by helping getting it out to the car. I really give her more then five stars she gave us excellent customer service. Thanks again Violet!

hello ... I decided to write a few words about the service in the Chicago-Fullerton location ... I bought cabinets and chests, I spent several hundred on this equipment, which is quite nice ... I decided to pick it up on Sunday, so I called the store if I could ... a terribly unpleasant lady answered and immediately announced I don't think anyone will load them for me, I have to have them!!! someone to help me and as she hung up the phone she swore that some idiot was trying to pick up the cabinets today? I showed up at the store, I probably met the manager's assistant because she didn't introduce herself, I asked her right away and told her that I should have a big car because they wouldn't go to the back room twice... unfortunately there was room for one, so I asked to leave it aside, I'll be back in 10 minutes,, I'm back, the locker is waiting... so I say I'm here, and the manager's assistant says take it and load it ((400-pound box on a pallet!) so I asked for help,,, the same lady, after asking the general manager, took her to the back, looked at me ironically, came back in great anger with her friend, who was constantly cursing at everything and everyone that she had to load my locker on Sundays, and finally loaded it ?. So the service in this location - a disaster, very . not nice and downright (it wasn't the first time). In the end, the cabinets were very good, but the service in this location was really a disaster and I would rather use another one, come to this one, I'm really close, best regards, customer

Nice clean store. Employees are always helpful and friendly. Products are decent. I wouldn't shop her either I were a professional mechanic or the like, but for the hobbyist that does it once on a while the tool she good for the price.

I had a great experience and wonderful customer service today from staff member violet and Nelly they have outstanding customer service they took care of me with no problems no hesitation they are what employees should be like when Harbor Freight employees have training they should go and watch Violet and Nelly to see how great customer service is supposed to be operated in all businesses I think I'm very much and Harbor Freight at the Brickyard is lucky to have these two staff members

I’d give 0 stars if possible. Horrible store. I’d say horrible customer service, but that would imply the store employees have any sense of customer service. They have none. I made a special trip to Harbor Freight for the last time.
