Beautiful store inside out. I was browsing the necklace for myself and had a pleasure working with Christina and Pam. They are super friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Infinite lily cluster pendant turned out to be a lovely piece that fits me greatly. It was a great experience at Harry Winston Chicago salon. I can’t wait to visit Christina and Pam again.

Delightful experience at this Harry Winston location. The highlight was working with Pam, who is incredibly charming, knowledgeable, and gracious. Pam made the visit super fun and joyful, and the other team members were also very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

I love the intimate shopping experience I received at the Chicago location with Pam. I came in to try on a few bands; Pam had several options ready for my appointment and even a few to try on for my “Wish list”. Pam sent me a nice follow up text along with a Mother’s Day event invite.

the store dose not match the price. the jewelry pieces are fantastic! the staff is very very friendly!!! but the store looks so old and smells bad... not a pleasant place to be. also i think their lights actually make their diamonds less shine..

It is a beautiful space! Lauren is so open and friendly, they have a great sense of humor. Everything that one would see in the magazines is there right before one's eyes. The staff is super friendly and very accommodating. The posh Chicago boutique is nestled on Oak Street, one of Chicago's premiere shopping districts. GO SEE THIS STORE. There the diamonds glitter, the laughter is infectious, and the staff is incredible.
