HelloBaby NFP is the nation’s first and only free standing, free of charge drop-in play space for babies, toddlers, and their caregivers in Chicago. It serves families in underserved neighborhoods, offering a healthy safe environment for children to play and grow. There is never a charge for anything. The facility is very clean and organized, with plenty of toys for children to explore. It is a place to build a community and meet new friends. The staff is amazing, genuinely supportive, and communicative. They provide various services and resources, including help with items like diapers or clothes for those in need. Specific programming, such as speech therapy and sign language classes, is also available. Open Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM, with last entry at 3:00 PM, it is highly recommended as a blessing and a great place to visit. Some parents express a wish for later hours to accommodate working schedules. Overall, HelloBaby is a gem that supports, empowers, and inspires families.

Such a nice place. It was me and my little one’s first time and it happened to be reading day. There was plenty of cool toys and things to do for my kids. They had English and Spanish during singing and reading time. And they even gave us shirts and a book for our keeping. Great time! We will be back.

My baby goes at lot with her momma and she always come home happy and tiered I visited a couple times and the staff is amazing non judgmental and very helpful and kind to the parents and kids if I could give it 100 stars I would
