Over charged me for extra day that I didn’t use and returned the car but no drop box and no one answers calls…. Very very rude service

I chose this location for Lyft pickup and had a terrible experience. The initial car they tried to give me was filthy on both the inside and outside. There was damage to 3 out of the 4 wheels. When I complained to Danielle she stated that I was being dramatic and needed to calm down although I was very calm. Upon coming to wipe out the sticky residue inside the car as she stated she couldn’t do anything else about the other issues it was identified that a check engine light was on and then she agreed to switch out the car. The next car I receive was also dirty on the inside with physical damage on the car. The driver taillight was cracked and there is a dent and scratching on the body. I just took the car because at that point I had been there for over an hour. I get home and now the bumper is coming off and of course the tail light doesn’t work. I’m in disbelief. I will be filing a BBB complaint.

Paid my $350.00 deposit on the App. Took a long train ride and three buses there and was told they hadn’t had any cars in days. Never got through to anyone on the phone lines. I called three months straight. I’ll never return.

Rented with Lyft. Dealt with Claude, super cool guy. Didn’t have any problems with them at all. My only complaint is the car is just too expensive every week.

Employees are super nice but Hertz as a company sucks. They’re overpriced and aggressive. I will never rent from them again. The cars aren’t that clean either. It was quite the experience renting from them. One I promise I will never experience again.

I barely wanted to give it the 1 star. Utterly unprofessional, the phone number for the location is often disconnected or left unanswered, and the employees are rude. If you’re renting a car for Lyft or anything else, I would recommend going somewhere- anywhere else for this service.

Awesome service, I’ve rented a car for about 7 weeks with 5 Star services. The Archer location in my opinion is one of the best locations, thorough services. Special thanks to the manager there Claude, very stand up , hard working individual. Represents the company well, because of him I’ll always make Hertz my first choice for vehicle rental.

They never answer the phone and I have the correct number for them. They don't explain nothing to you. They just give you the keys and you go about your business. Unprofessional as ever. But they quick to charge you for stuff that you already talk about. I am getting a lawyer for this. And filing complaints.

I picked my friend up from this place yesterday and she was extremely distraught. She was told that she had to vacuum the rental car out upon return; then, threatened with a fee if she refused to do so. She refused and was billed a $400 cleaning fee. Why are renters being instructed to vacuum vehicles, is that not a liability?The only reason the car was clean when she got it is because another renter had just dropped it off, freshly washed and vacuumed.Customer service is beyond rude and unprofessional. There are never any cars upon arrival and staff puts forth absolutely no effort trying to accommodate you.This place is stressful and needs an intervention!

They need to update the website with a new number and keep it updated. Also notify if they have a vehicle or not. In this time of life, driving to a location to be told they don't have any vehicles or to wait should be unacceptable. Getting a lyft is pricey, driving there to be told wrong is pricey. Pick up the phone, notify your customers when doing business with them. Communication. Lyft customers should be treated fairly as well, clean the vehicle, put mats in the vehicle or Lyft drivers should do business somewhere else. I am tired of getting placed into a vehicle not working, not clean,not car washed or detailed, but your taking half of pay.
