Sam and Tammy are the best. They have been doing mine and my mom’s nails for a few years now. I always get a dip and it last for 3 weeks! Their deluxe pedicures are amazing too! Highly recommend!! ⭐️

Had a great pedicure here! And at a great price! Update: Have had several mani, pedi’s, and eyebrow waxings here and Sam and Tam are the absolute BEST in town! Highly, highly recommend but call and make an appointment!

I came to get a fill-in with regular polish but because I had no chip he said it would be extra to remove the no chip polish. I asked him why he explained why I said OK and then he refuse service after I had waited 20 minutes.Service: Manicure

Had a terrible experience at this nail salon. I was charged more than I ever remember being charged for an acrylic fill in, that included $5 for cut down, $5 for "nail repair" which was basically adding a bit more acrylic on one nail that was not broken, $5 for a "special" color, etc. Found out about pricing in the middle of getting the nails done, so couldn't leave at that point anymore. Was also told it would be another $10 for cuticles (just one nail had cuticles that should have been removed). The nails were filed uneven (all different lengths) and the color I did end up with was very different from the sample I picked from. I wanted a more plum color and ended up with Halloween orange. When I asked about it, I was told that the sample is old and that's why it looks plum. They had an excuse for everything. Will never come back to this salon.

One of the worst experiences ever. These two owners are always in the worst mood. Never say hello, never say goodbye, never smile, Never ask a question. But today was a doozy. I asked the lady owner to apply an extra coat of polish because they thinned the polish so much it was transparent. She went apeshit on me, wanting 10 more dollars even though I already paid 60. I stayed calm and kind and she literally told me to never come back. I called a few friends and they all told me that they no longer go there either. Worst customer service, rude as heck. We have no idea how it is staying in business. Please take your hard earned money elsewhere. They literally could care less about making it a good experience. Simply unacceptable.

Went for the first time and I'll NEVER go back. The lady did my no chip in 15 minutes and it looked horrible. She barely had me sit under the light so it's gritty and messed up on the sides. She was trying to get back to her client. She didn't even massage my hands. The guy did my feet and he was okay but he was given the wrong color. I didn't realize it wasn't a matching color until he was done. He barely touched my legs on the massage. My usual place was busy but next time I'll just wait. DON'T GO!!! UPDATE: My nails chipped in 4 days!!! I'm so mad.

Don't patronize this poor performing small business. I gave them the benefit of the doubt for years. Don't make the same mistake! Tammy, I'm so very disappointed in your response to me today. To say that you broke my heart is an understatement. After years of patronizing your business with very minimal challenges, if any, your reaction to me today was unexpected at best. It certainly did show me that you don't value customer service, let alone customer loyalty. I've never refused or been unwilling to pay for services, even when the services weren't that good. I rarely if ever complained about my services, even when I wasn't satisfied. I continued to patronize your business for years. On the one day that I bring to your attendance my dissatisfaction, you were dismissive and unwilling to fix it. I couldn't believe your response. Seems to me that you could have easily polished over my nails at no additional cost to me. Especially considering our long-standing relationship. Instead you referred to your valuable time and what it would cost for me to get the color changed after you had just done the service. You really hurt my feelings. I'm so disappointed with you and your husband Sam who actually followed me out of the store as of I wasn't going to pay for my services. I've seen him so that to other African-American customers, but never in a million years did I ever think that he would treat me that way. I've paid for my services in the same way for years. Why would he feel the need to treat me in such a disrespectful way today? Because I complained? How awful of you both!!! I share this publicly because I wouldn't want anyone else to be as disappointed as I am.
