Moving is stressful enough as it is and I was running short on time. However, this company was an absolute life saver! They arrived on time, we figured out a good game plan, and everything was easy as pie after that! Everything was packed, loaded, moved, and unloaded exactly as I had hoped. After all was said and done I felt so relieved with what a pleasant process that was. Thank you HK crew!!

I had a signed contract with this company, had to be out on the day they scheduled the move for and they told me their movers would be at my house at 8 am to pick up our stuff. They showed up at 2pm causing me to miss the last Easter we will have with my family because we are moving across the country. They then came into my house and took videos and said that it was a lot more work than they knew about when everything was listed in inventory and that they would need another crew and more time. I had already paid before they came. They just left. We were stuck on a Sunday with no where to turn and no money to do it with because of them at 3 pm on a Sunday afternoon. Then when I call them the next day they didn’t care that they cost us a non refundable stay at cabin at our half way point, they didn’t care that we now had no way of getting our stuff moved or the money to do it, they didn’t care that they cost us our last Easter with our family, they even tried to deny having a contract with me when I have it on my phone and computer. This company is a complete joke. When I tried researching them more their website is blocked for being unsafe. Do not use these movers. Do not trust them. I do not want anyone else to go through what we had to go through.
