If I could leave this company, zero stars I would. As if moving isn’t stressful enough this company made it even worse. Not to mention their own employees admit their awful. They were supposed to hold on to my stuff for 30 days and randomly decided to deliver it, letting me know two hours before. The managers are so awful. I had to block them on my phone. They have no customer service skills. By the time the move was over the quote they gave me they quote doubled. don’t work with this business work with any other business. I move every three years and I’ve never had such a catastrophe with Movers. It just was not worth it . Beware. It’s sad when your employees have to apologize for you by saying you’re so awful.

I never leave bad reviews but our experience with this company has been aweful. The communication between the sales department and the moving department is literally non existent. We were told we would get 72 hours notice for our drop off and literally were called after the truck was already in route after being told by two different people that same day that the delivery wasn't happening. When I told Destiny that Kevin told us we would have a 72 hour notice her response was "he's in the sales department." Are they not the same company? Both of us were at work and unable to figure out anything while working and were told that we would be charged a redelivery fee. Destiny was about the rudest and most unhelpful and rude person I have ever encountered and after they dropped the ball multiple times basically told me to F off. When I asked to speak to a supervisor and she said only the owner was her only supervisor and he was in Israel so she was having to do everything herself. All I can say is I've relocated for work several times over the last 10 years and there are much better companies. Relocating is stressful enough without having a completely unprofessional and unorganized company covering your move.

Doing the move from IL to CA working with Destiny has been absolute pleasure, so many hurdle came in during my pick up time from my side but Destiny made sure everything gets done and rescheduling in timely manner and everyone was so productive and professional i have worked with 2 movers before and trust me this people are the best out of all take my words for it Destiny will go above and beyond for you to make it all work thank you to all

Extremely courteous! They completed packing the van up really quickly and even helped me reassemble a bed when we reached my apartment. Superb service with a smile and the utmost professionalism.

They give a flat guaranteed rate. Very professional. They wrapped and taped everything. They were all respectful, polite, and personable. They placed everything where we wanted it and set up everything the way we wanted. I would recommend them!

There were no changes on the estimate that they gave. Everything went as promised. Not much talk but very friendly and have good manners. Very impressed with their work. Excellent job for a reasonable price.
