Large store, lots of choice, I've been here twice and left with purchases both times. The staff was polite both times. On weekdays there were almost no people, on weekends there were a lot of people. There is parking nearby, called three sevens or something similar, through the parking.com website I paid 9 euros for two hours.

Their new location at mag mile is so small. Very limited collection at men’s section. You have to buy online, size standards are different for the same garment but different colors. I got gray pant made in bangladesh 34 it runs large, navy one size 33 made in indonesia, so skinny like 31. Also online returns are not free.

Went to the new location on Michigan Ave. They definitely seemed to be opened before they were ready….every item of clothing inside is SO WRINKLED it hard to tell if it looks good when trying it on. God awful playlist BLARING in every area of the store, especially fitting rooms. Hot. A basement alarm would not stop going off at the front door. Most sizes M-L or 10-14 were completely gone through the store. Only redeeming quality was the kind & helpful staff who also seemed to be getting a headache from the music, bright lights & heat in the store. I bought some cute things (I think) but will have to steam / iron them to be sure….
Updated: The wrinkled clothes I purchased smelled SO BADLY of chemicals & started stinking up my house, and, once again, giving me a terrible headache. I looked this up online and found that literal FORMALDEHYDE and other toxic chemicals are used to “prevent wrinkles”?!?!!!! The clothes smelled so bad I had to put them in a garbage bag before I had time to wash them. It took 3 washes & 2 steams to get the smell and wrinkles out & I’m still nervous about wearing these chemical-laden clothes on my bare skin :(. I switched my review to one star, but this ended up being the worst shopping experience I’ve had in a long time. Beware of fast fashion, folx :((

Haven't been inside an H&M in a while, and I was really disappointed. I don't know what happened, but the mens floor at the old Michigan Ave and State Street locations were so much better with a lot more variety. I was excited to try and find an outfit for an event I'm going to tonight, but everything they offer looks exactly the same and I could have saved so much time if I'd just tried to make an outfit at home. Really bummed me out. All the good stuff is online so you're better off just shopping online tbh

Not enough workers. Stood in line for an unfair amount of time to get checked out and it was only 3 of us in line. The workers that they do have seem to not know anything and you have to chase them down for assistance.
