If I could give 10 stars I would! My vehicle recently broke down, so I brought it to Hollywood after a recommendation from a friend. So glad that I did! Grateful to the team there for identifying the issue, resolving it quickly and also identifying a couple issues I was unaware of. They did not pressure me to fix everything right away, but informed me what was priority and what would need attention in the coming months. Finding an honest mechanic isn’t always easy, so they’ve earned a customer for life! Thank you!

I came in for a standard alignment on my Civic after installing adjustable SPC rear camber arms. Hollywood Tire tried to charge me $300 for a basic alignment because I had “aftermarket parts.” That’s more than double what every reputable shop charges.
Update:
I had the alignment completed today at Cassidy Tire using the same SPC adjustable rear camber arms. They aligned it to spec with no issues and charged a normal price. This confirms that Hollywood’s $300 quote was more than double the going rate for the exact same job.

Joe was great as always. He took care of what I needed and discussed what my car will need in the future without putting any pressure to make a decision.
I've been going to Hollywood for years and, honestly, I've never had anything except a great experience with them. Joe and Sam are both honest and care about the quality of work if the shop.

took my 2000 Toyota Camry in for a diagnosis, it turns out it the brake booster needs to be replaced. Sam was very helpful, I also met Joe, and they were kind enough to perform a diagnostic and not charge me after I received the repair estimate which I thought a little high. for some of us, anyway.
so they get points for availability and punctuality and thoroughness. they can even send you a link to their written estimates
