Really bad bad bad customer service. My husband and a friend went in got a wood and they asked group of 3 girls that were just in the gossip. They ask where did the line started .
With a bad attitude they told them to walk around . After that they had some issues with the kicks and they ask for help they one of them really rude said in spanish.." yo no te voy a atender, para eso esta la maquina"
I don't know how this people get the job , who gave them the interview??? They don't want to help customers they just want to gosip at work.
Manager was just looking, he didn't step in to help. We used to go there but now we gont go there anymore .

I never been to a Home Depot where I was given the run a around by a customer representative if you don’t know don’t tell me to go to another Home Depot they might have it and come to find out thanks to a knowledgeable customer service representative, that part was not sold by Home Depot anymore if you need help use SIRI or GOOGLE don’t ask someone that can’t tell you, I don’t know and help you find a coworker with more experience to help you.

Honestly Rude and ridiculous that it takes my parents coming home to ask me to assist them getting an order placed because they were ignore and scolded when attempting to place and order.
The Hispanic workers always so disrespected if you talk to them in Spanish and annoyed if you have an accent when asking for assistance in English. And everyone else doesn’t ever work in the department that assistance is needed.
Employees Walk-in around like they are somehow better than the people that are purchasing items.
This store is a joke.
Corporate half of these “good” reviews are from your own employees.

I used to like this Home Depot, but they started to lock more items every time, i have to wait for someone to assist, cashiers often treat you like you are going to steal the merchandise like i have to go to specific cashier to pay for a GFCI? That's stupid.

The home depot on 47th and western, the employees have no knowledge of what people are looking for. Those employees need to be trained on household tools or an any home project tools. You can walk through any section of the store and all the employees are on their phone. I take my business to Lowe's.

This is the location with the laziest employees in the city! Don’t like to do their job. Always have an excuse about why they “can’t” do something. I come here bc the commute is the quickest but seriously never coming here again unless for basic supplies.
