Last week, at Home Depot, North Avenue/Cicero, there were security officers inside and outside the store. I was provided with great service by Angel. He walked me directly to what I was looking for...the cashier Sherie provided me with pleasant check out service.

I think I would have had a better experience if I texted the employees at this location.
Three out of three at the register were just on their phones doom scrolling. That and just to add. Don't call ahead to make sure they have what you're looking for. They'll say yes and not even have it on display. Can't even give an A for effort.

Too much criminal activity here. I have almost been ran over by security chasing a shop lifter here. Always police here, 200 people standing in the lot harassing people every morning.

My husband and I waited 5 minutes for someone to help us in the hardware department only to be entertained by club Home Depot employees playing rap music and screaming heyyyyy every 30 seconds at the registers. Poor management reflected at its finest.
