China was awesome in customer service, very professional, caring and efficient.
Randy the Assistant Manager on the other hand was very rude and didn't try and help with a very simple problem that I had so just based on that alone I would not shop at this store location.
It would have been 5 stars on China's customer service unfortunately the assistant manager and his service carries more weight in this situation.
Now I have to do more work to make sure I'm accommodating appropriately as promised before purchasing with this company.

If I could give this Home Depot zero stars I would. Not only is this the most unorganized and unprofessional Home Depot I’ve ever been to but this morning really made me not want to frequent this location any longer. I was approached and harassed by their “security”. Three men who did not have on any type of uniform or badge nor did they identify themselves as security. They came up aggressively and demanded my nephew and I go to the “back” with them. They claimed we stole a $2 soda which we of course paid for. After finally locating the receipt and proving the item was paid for, they continued to harass us both and threaten us while trying to get our items in our truck and leave.
Very unprofessional harassing long time clients.

Home Depot Dan Ryan store is a complete joke. Horrible customer service. We bought a toilet when we arrived at our destination had several small pieces missing. When we called the store they kept hanging up even before we got to talk to anyone. Terrible shopping experience.

The customer service is horrible I had waited for almost 20 minutes for somebody to assist me with an item that I needed. No one ever came so I end up leaving. They need to have more people working the floor and pay attention to the customers and stay standing around talking to each other.
