Dr. Maria is a wonderful person who is attentive, understanding, compassionate and truly- for her patients. I felt so comfortable in her office. Not only was her individual office up to date and charming, it was very personal one on one. Your not sitting with ANY other people feeling crowded or like anyone is starting at you wondering if you’re going to be next or them. She keeps appointment slots strictly for 1 patient at a time and I love that. No wait time. She is a doctor that cares about her patients well being. She will ask you questions and get to the root of whatever the problem is. I felt very safe with her and her knowledge confirmed she was the right woman for the job. It’s hard to find doctors that have the patience, but she definitely does. Wonderful woman and I am so great full to have found her and to continue under her care.

I would recommend the Virtual Visit, it was convenient, comfortable, and efficient. The service provider was professional and warm, very attentive to the patient.

I called Dr.Maria when I was coming down with a throat infection and was unable to be seen in office due to being so sick. She accommodated me with a virtual interview to see and diagnose me, within an hour I was getting a prescription and starting to feel better that week. I still see her and she accommodates my busy schedule and always listens to any concerns I have with my health that is occurring. She responds with in a few hours and you never have to deal with a receptionist or waiting to hear back from someone about an appointment as she is your primary line of contact which is great.

I have only lived in Chicago for 2 years. It was a difficult move in that I came from a smaller town where my doctors all knew me and I was able to get prompt, personal care. I tried going to multiple practices after the move and felt like nothing but a number in their patient files. Then I went to see Maria at Hope Wellness Center and I finally felt that same level of personal care I had before our move. Maria takes the time in providing the highest quality of care. She also responds quickly to texts sent through the Spruce app utilized by the practice for patient communication. She gets me in right away if I am not feeling well and I love that we don't have to have fights with insurance over coverage and prescription prices - she takes care of it all!

Immediate & efficient! I called & Maria she saw me the same day. She treated me with care and a high level of expertise, and even had the medication I needed on hand! What would have taken days (maybe weeks) for an appointment, visit, and prescription pickup, was all accomplished in under 2 hours.

The professional, quick and compassionate service offered here is what keeps me and my family healthy... My son was having a tooth ache and woke up with a swollen jaw and in tremendous pain. I reached out to Maria and he had meds within the hour and a appointment to follow up. She called to check up on how treatment was going and if she needed to see him. You can't get this kind of service anywhere these days. Thanks so much for being there when my son needed help.

I have been a member for a few months. On Sat. At 9 a.m.before New years eve I called to see if I could be seen for an ear infection. Maria got me in right away. I was back home with an antibiotic by 10 am the same day. Best service ever. Didn't have to miss work. And enjoyed the holidays. If you don't have insurance or copays are high, look into this service.
