Never ever use H&R Block for your taxes!!! They are inaccurate and extremely overpriced! Better not to have a 15 high schooler do them

Oscar Regalado was phenomenal!!!! We ran into some challenges with my tax filing and he explained everything in great detail. He went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. Being someone who knows little about tax law, the time he spent explaining things meant a lot! Thanks Oscar!

I am an indigenous American, with rights, which includes a partnership with my Indian Tribe and the company of H&R Block. Sandra Crooks, treated me as if I was trying to scam, told me to leave and come back, when I had a child in preschool and took the opportunity to do my taxes then, with a SCHEDULED appointment. Sandra also did my taxes last year and acted the same, as if she had no idea there was a tribal coupon that covered her doing my taxes. She then paused doing my taxes, avoided communicating with me, because she didn’t want to call her manager at that moment for override numbers. I had to come back with my wife and child, at a huge inconvenience, and sign all my paper work after my taxes were done and the coupon was accepted yesterday almost instantly, she made sure to schedule us to come in and avoid all contact and communication, pushing off the work on the front desk worker. This seemed personal, lazy, and absolutely unprofessional, the worst experience I’ve had doing taxe.

I thought I had filed incorrectly via turbotax so I made an apt. to make sure I didn't owe any additional taxes. Oscar was super helpful when walking me through the filing process and gave me so much information. Will definitely come back for any further tax-related needs!
