I come here every year and typically file with Tiffany. This year due to some issues I was scheduled with Ana Ramirez, and I despised every minute.
She’s a tax professional and kept asking questions in a way that a tax professional would understand - if I didn’t want one-on-one services I would not have made an appointment. Every question she asked had an underlying rude tone as if I’m an idiot for not knowing things - again, I made an appointment because I don’t know tax lingo.
I needed another document and I understand now that employees can’t share their computer (even though they’ve allowed me to do so in the past). I could have easily had my husband email me the missing doc, but I used it as my excuse to leave because I could not stand her tone.
3 stars because most times I’ve come here and haven’t had this experience.

I filed my taxes with Hilda Moctezuma 2 years ago and I’m still fighting the irs for 3 years of returns I even purchased the $40 insurance package that they offer on the returns that supposedly insures that any mistakes made on the returns would be fixed to make sure I receive my tax refund and I have not received any assistance from anyone in this office they had the audacity to call me to schedule an appointment for me to file with them again which I obviously refused I filed with turbo tax for $40 and received my return without an issue. But I’m still fighting to receive 2019-2021 which is ridiculous thank you for nothing H&R Block.
