Had an appointment with Irene Walker at 3:30pm. I arrived on time, which was confirmed by the lady at the front desk. I was told she was with a client and also had a walk-in that was waiting and would be before me. What is the point of making an appointment and being on time for the appointment, if a walk in will be taken before you? Ms. Walker was also rude and had an attitude. The lady at the front desk was professional.
Edit: In regards to the company’s response, I have called the number they gave. Because I have a free service with h and r block (from doing previous taxes online) the automated system recognizes that and will not let me talk to anyone live. It keeps repeating that live help is not available to me. What number can I call and actually speak to a person?

We just had our taxes done by Virginia Day. She has been doing our taxes for a few years. She is very professional and detailed. Answers our questions and explains all details. We know she got us maximum refunds. She remembers us from previous years and talks to us like a friend.
